About

I am originally from Fremont, Ohio and moved with my family to Cape Coral in 1975.  My father started Hammer Construction building primarily single family homes. Being raised in a construction environment enabled me to learn a lot about the entire building process.

I am a product of the Lee County public school system, then attended Edison State College and the University of S. Florida.  I believe knowledge is power and so I am constantly taking various courses that both help to improve my profession as well as courses I find stimulating and entertaining.  I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute which is why I have GRI behind my name.  Other courses include: Contract Negotiating, Sales & Marketing, Green Building practices, Solar Energy courses, Technology, Taxes and Investments.

Accomplishments both personal and professional include: I am a breast cancer survivor of more than 15 years, I won the Top Producer in Real Estate for 2015 and I passed my Florida State Contractors Exam when I was only 21 years old.  I am a current member of the Women's Council of Realtors.
